Terms of Service for Quasar Voice

Effective Date: July 11, 2025 Last Updated: February 5, 2026

Welcome to Quasar Voice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quasar Voice website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Quasar Voice ("Quasar Voice," "we," "our," or "us") is an independent online AI voice platform that provides a custom interface, workflow tools, and related services for supported third-party speech models, including Qwen3-TTS.

Quasar Voice is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alibaba Cloud, Qwen, or any other third-party model provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms, please contact us at support@qwen3-tts.ai.

1. Eligibility and Global Compliance

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service may be accessible globally. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and platform rules applicable in your jurisdiction, including laws relating to content, consumer rights, privacy, export controls, sanctions, and cross-border data transfers.

You bear all risks and liabilities arising from your use of the Service in any jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or regulated.

2. The Service and Third-Party Models

Quasar Voice provides an online interface and related tools for AI voice generation, voice cloning, text-to-speech, and other supported speech workflows.

The Service may provide access to, compatibility with, or workflow support for third-party models and technologies, including Qwen3-TTS. References to third-party models are provided solely to describe compatibility, supported functionality, or user-facing features.

All third-party model names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and underlying model intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting you or us any ownership rights in such third-party intellectual property except for the limited nominative use necessary to describe compatibility or supported functionality.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep such information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Your account is for your own personal use or the use of your authorized business entity only. You may not share, sell, transfer, lease, or otherwise provide access to your account to any third party without our written permission.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, security breach, or suspected misuse.

4. Subscription Plans, One-Time Purchases, and Billing

We may offer free access, free trials, paid subscriptions, and one-time purchase options for certain features, quotas, usage credits, or service plans.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis, such as monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle.

One-Time Purchases

We may also offer one-time purchases for specific service quotas, usage credits, audio generation capacity, voice-related resources, or payment-method-specific plans. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.

Quota Validity and Expiration

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, usage quotas, credits, characters, minutes, or other entitlements may be subject to validity periods. If a subscription is canceled, expires, or is terminated, or if a one-time purchase reaches its expiration date, any unused portion may expire and may be removed from your account without rollover or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Payment Authorization

You must provide a valid payment method for paid Services. For subscriptions, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors, including Creem and any other payment partners we may use, to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and related charges to your payment method for each billing cycle until cancellation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account dashboard or through the customer billing portal made available to you. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access through the paid period already purchased.

Price Changes

We may change pricing for subscriptions or one-time purchases from time to time. Any price change will take effect prospectively at your next billing cycle or next purchase, and we will provide reasonable notice where required.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges associated with your use of the Service, except for taxes imposed on our net income.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate consumption of computing resources and the nature of digital AI services, all fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.

If the Service experiences a verified technical failure caused by our systems that materially prevents you from using paid features, we may, at our sole discretion, provide an appropriate remedy, which may include service credits, an extension of usage validity, or a prorated refund.

Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference, change of mind, failure to use purchased quota, or misunderstanding of product features does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

6. User Content and Voice Cloning Compliance

You are solely responsible for all text, prompts, scripts, audio samples, voice references, uploaded files, generated outputs, and any other content that you upload, submit, generate, store, publish, transmit, or otherwise use through the Service ("Content").

If you use any voice cloning, custom voice, speaker replication, or similar feature, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are using your own voice; or

2. You have obtained all necessary, explicit, lawful, and informed permissions, consents, licenses, and commercial authorizations from the relevant voice owner or rights holder.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Content and generated outputs complies with applicable laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform rules, and industry requirements.

Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated in a specific plan or license:

  • Free-tier use is limited to personal evaluation, testing, or other non-commercial use
  • Paid use may include commercial usage rights for outputs generated during an active paid term, subject to your compliance with these Terms and your lawful rights in the source materials and target voice

We do not verify or guarantee that you have the legal right to use any source material, reference voice, or generated output. If we receive a complaint or reasonably suspect unauthorized voice cloning, infringement, fraud, impersonation, or other misuse, we may suspend or terminate your account and remove related Content.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right
  • Create, distribute, or facilitate fraud, impersonation, scams, misinformation, or deceptive deepfake content
  • Generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, infringing, or otherwise harmful content
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or proprietary rights of others
  • Upload malicious code, attack, disrupt, probe, or interfere with the Service, servers, systems, or networks
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to abuse, scrape, overload, or circumvent limits of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, model weights, prompts, datasets, or underlying components of the Service except to the extent prohibited by law
  • Use outputs from the Service to train or improve any competing TTS, voice cloning, or foundation AI model where such use is prohibited by us or by the applicable upstream provider terms
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization
  • Use the Service in any way that could expose us, our users, payment partners, or third-party providers to legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Quasar Voice's website, interface design, application layer, software, workflows, documentation, branding, and related services are owned by the Company and/or its licensors.

Third-party model names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and underlying model intellectual property, including Qwen and Qwen3-TTS, remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights in the Service or in any third-party model are transferred to you.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, improvements, comments, or other feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and otherwise exploit such Feedback for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, availability, accuracy, and security.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or free from harmful components, or that any generated output will meet your expectations, be unique, be legally usable in all contexts, or be free from inaccuracies.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Company nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, payment partners, or service providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

1. The total amount paid by you to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

2. USD 100

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We suspect fraud, illegal activity, abuse, security threats, unauthorized voice cloning, or payment risk
  • Your use may expose us or others to legal or regulatory liability
  • We are required to do so by law, court order, payment partner requirement, or upstream provider policy

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. We may delete or disable access to your Content, account data, and remaining quota in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute terms, and any licenses granted under these Terms.

13. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that the Service may involve the processing of text, audio, metadata, technical logs, and other information necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the Service. You represent that you have all rights and lawful bases needed for any personal data or third-party data you submit through the Service.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Before filing a formal claim, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, email, account notice, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the Service.
